Our investment focus is primarily on small and mid market companies within the TMT sector. We target businesses that are developing innovative products anticipated to be of future interest to strategic buyers, thus providing a clear exit route. The investment team proactively identifies and evaluates assets according to the following criteria: cash flow, the potential for significant growth, the capability of the management, and barriers to competitive entry. Our typical investment size is € 500-1,000 K with the ability to do significantly larger deals.
