Stella Advisors acted as the sole advisor to Egmont in their divestment of Nordisk Film TV to Banijay Entertainment.

The divestment was a result of the positive development in Nordisk Film TV, the Nordic and global consolidation in the TV production industry, and the ambition of Banijay Entertainment to develop as a global player in the TV production industry.
